To register and use DreamBet's services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• An individual (not a company, business entity, or automated bot).
• Register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false details is grounds for account closure and fund freezing.
• Has never had a DreamBet account previously suspended or closed due to a Terms violation.
• Is not on any self-exclusion list or self-imposed betting limit programme that you have personally activated.

DreamBet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence) at any time prior to processing a withdrawal or if any suspicious activity is detected.

3.1 Account Registration

Registering a DreamBet account is free. You will need to provide the following details during registration: full name (as per your MyKad), an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. All information must be accurate and updated promptly should any changes occur.

7.1 Bet Confirmation

7.2 Void Bets

• Bets placed after a match has started (for pre-match markets) will be automatically voided.
• Placing bets using inside information not available to the general public is strictly prohibited.

• If no response is received within 30 days of the notice, an inactive account management fee of RM 10 per month will be applied until the account balance reaches zero.

• Players can restore their account to active status simply by logging back into their DreamBet account.

DreamBet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that:

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity has taken place.
• The player has attempted to exploit or manipulate DreamBet's bonus system, odds, or technical infrastructure.
• The player has violated any terms set out in this document.
• Players under 18 years of age.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so via account settings or by contacting DreamBet customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned once all verification requirements have been met.

DreamBet shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the following circumstances:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or exceptional circumstances ("force majeure"), including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party technical failures.
• Legitimate betting losses that occur during a match and are the result of the actual match outcome.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

DreamBet's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited into your DreamBet account within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
